What we sell
DOJO CORE, a member-management system for martial arts academies. It covers the member roster, check-in at the front desk, a digital membership card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, a page for each member, the class schedule and academy announcements. It is configured per academy and provided as a monthly subscription.
Price
Setup from $500 (one time)
Monthly $100–$200, by member count: up to 300 members is $100 a month, above 300 members it is $200 a month. The figure is confirmed in writing before the first invoice.
Changes later $50–$100 per request. Quotes are free.
Amounts are in US dollars. Japanese academies can be invoiced in Japanese yen at the same level.
Costs besides the price
Any tax that applies, and any foreign transaction or currency conversion fee charged by your own bank or card issuer. Your internet connection and data charges are yours.
The following are priced separately. We always send a free quote before starting.
  • Connecting a payment service (this raises the setup fee)
  • Pairing it with our video subscription service, SubPro (a separate service, priced separately)
  • Additional locations (priced per location)
  • Embedding it in your own website, or running it on your own domain
  • Printed material (as a rule we don't take this on)
Where we connect to a third-party service such as a messaging or booking platform, that service may require a paid plan on their side. Those contracts stay with you.
Payment method
Credit card, processed by Stripe. Bank transfer can be arranged on request.
When payment is taken
The setup fee is charged once, before configuration starts.
The monthly fee is a subscription: it is charged in advance on the same day each month and renews automatically until you cancel.
When the service is delivered
Once the setup fee clears, we hand over the configured environment, normally within two weeks.
The monthly service is provided throughout each month that is paid for.
Cancellation and refunds
The contract is monthly and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time through thecontact form or by email. Cancel by the day before your next billing date and you are not charged again; you keep access until the end of the current period.
If within 30 days of going live the Service is not what we described, we refund every monthly fee you have paid. If a fault on our side makes it unusable for more than48 hours in a month, we refund that month. Full terms are onRefunds and Cancellation.
This is a service supplied to businesses, so the cooling-off right under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply. The refund terms above are ones we set ourselves.
What you need to run it
An internet connection is required. The Service is built to run online; while the line is down it cannot be used, check-in included.
A current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox. The membership card needs iOS 15 or later (Apple Wallet) or Android 8 or later (Google Wallet). You also need something at the front desk to read the QR code — a phone, a tablet, or a QR reader.
