Not included from the start, but things we can build once we have talked it through. What you ask for changes the setup fee.
Connecting a payment service
So that when a tuition payment stops, membership lapses and entry stops with it. Payments can also be paused in step with a member going on hold. Money is the one place you cannot afford mistakes, so the connection and the testing take time, and that pushes the setup fee up.
Counting trials and visitors
As it comes, trials and visitors are not counted. If you want them counted, we can build it — including taking those sign-ups online and counting them there.
Counting stripes from attendance
If the standard you grade by can be put into numbers, we will build it exactly that way.
The part of grading that isn't a number
Where your judgement is a feel rather than a figure, we give you a gauge you fill in yourself.
Connecting WhatsApp or your booking system
It can be done. Be aware that WhatsApp or your booking service may require a paid plan on their side, and those contracts stay with you. Whatever messaging your members already use, the idea is the same.
In-house monitors and digital signage
Screens assembled from your data — the next class, who is in today — we build those. So are stills with little illustration in them, and in-house notices. Video, and anything needing illustration, we cannot make.
English, or any other language
Any language. The admin screens and the member-facing screens are both built in whatever language your academy uses.
Pairing it with SubPro
SubPro is our own video subscription service, and anyone can build their own video subscription on it. Connect it to the DOJO CORE member page and your members watch your review footage and technique videos from the same page that holds their card. You can charge separately for that footage, which makes it a new source of income for the academy.
